Writing a cold email

When writing a cold email, it is essential to establish a relationship and put up a conversation. Try to find interest.

The most important thing is the subject: Five to seven words. Get the attention and show what you want.

"Help your team, to accomplish (any goal that is desired)" "(Shared contact) advised me to get in contact with you" "Do you feel (feeling)? I would be glad to help you" "Ten times more success for (Enterprise of the recipient) in ten minutes"

In the introduction, take five seconds to show your ends and interesting aspects. Something about the recipient, her problem and the offered solution.

"I came across your website and have noticed you are using (technology). How do you like it?" "I work a lot with (technology). I noticed that (enterprise) just has (action, solution) - that's nice" "Do you have 10 minutes time to speak about how (enterprise) can grow fast? I have an idea, that has already helped (other enterprise)"

In the following offer help or value, use storytelling. Elaborate the problem of the recipient. Show how he or she will gain profit from your solution. How you differ from competitors. Offer a social proof.

Finalize with a call to action.

"Can we make a phone call this friday at 10, in order to ..." "Would you be available next week for a short phone call?" "How do you recommend me as contact person?"
